To celebrate World Book Day on March 4th, The kids dressed up as characters from their favourite books. Pippi Longstocking, Alice in Wonderland, Jack Sparrow and Cinderella (to name but a few) were all seen playing in the yard at break-time! Well-known local poet Declan Lucey paid a visit to the school and spent time in all classes entertaining all with his wonderful poems and bodhran playing. What a great day they had!
